How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging on to your Account page. In addition, you will receive email notifications when you order has been confirmed, shipped, and delivered.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

Only one promo code is permitted per order.

 

S H I P P I N G

Items ordered and paid for will ship within 48-72 hours, unless otherwise noted in description of product. We primarily ship through UPS. After leaving our facility, UPS typically delivers in 3-7 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Once the package has left BITE ME BUG FREE and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays or if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors.

At this time, we are unable to ship to APO addresses and freight-forwarding companies.

At BITE ME BUG FREE we work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. 

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please email info@bitemebugfree.com with your order information.

 

O R D E R   I S S U E S

If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) PLEASE contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to please our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any situations that come up.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@bitemebugfree.com so we are able to assist you and resolve the issue. We will happily replace any damaged items, however a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. If an item is missing from your order, please provide a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if an item is missing from your order. With photographic proof, you do not need to go through the return process in order to receive a replacement or a refund. At this time, we are not able to refund items that arrive damaged.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so some variation from batch to batch is normal (slight changes in color for example). This does not have an effect on the product’s efficacy and are safe to use for the duration of their 12 month shelf-life.

Our current office hours are 10am-6pm PST seven days a week, excluding major holidays.

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Please include a copy of your original invoice and send them to the address below. Once we receive the product you will be refunded.

How will I be refunded?

You will be refunded to your original form of payment.

How long does it take to process a return?

Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to show up on your statement.

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging and use the pre-paid return label enclosed in your order. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost and $5 for return shipping will be returned back to your original form of payment. The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Bite Me Bug Free is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Bite Me Bug Free. 

Please note: We will not be able to refund the shipping cost for returns as it is directly paid to our providers.

Orders are subject to sales tax in the following states: Washington, Oregon, California, New York, Illinois, and Texas. These may change without notice depending on regulations.

All prices are in USD. Payment for international orders will be processed at the current exchange rate and will appear so on your bank statement.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on orders $100 or more, and the following shipping options for all orders:
